2. User Responsibilities
Tutors: Are expected to deliver high-quality educational support, maintain punctuality, and keep their profiles updated with accurate credentials.
Students/Parents: Agree to communicate clearly regarding requirements, ensure a safe learning environment, and respect the agreed-upon schedules with tutors.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
We safely handle your personal information. When you register, we collect names, contact details, and locations solely to connect students with the right tutors in their vicinity.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is exclusively used to facilitate tutoring connections, improve our services, and send necessary administrative communications. We strictly do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Liability
TutorPro acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for any disputes, financial transactions, or academic outcomes that occur directly between tutors and students.
6. Payment & Refund Policy (Escrow System)
100% Secure Student Protection: All tuition payments are processed securely and held in an escrow account. Funds are NOT released to the tutor immediately. We release the payment to the tutor only after 30 days of successful classes have been completed.
Refunds: If a student is unsatisfied, they may raise a dispute to halt the payment release. Tutors must maintain strict daily attendance records on our platform to be eligible for payout.
